RM Ratta failed my Title V inspection claiming I needed to replace the D-Box in my septic system to the tune of $2500. A year later I decided to replace it and was given two quotes for $800 and $900. AND was told there is ""nothing wrong with your D-Box"" and I NEVER should have failed the Title V. Now because the Board of Health was notified, I HAVE to replace the box or face penalties.
