My little sister recently moved to San Francisco and the shower in her bathroom began to leak while I was in visiting her. Paul was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain the problem and the steps needed to fix it. In the end he fixed it for half of the quote I was given over the phone by a competitor! Couldnt recommend him more highly. He's a gem! He understands what customer service is all about and even wore shoe covers to ensure that he didnt track in any mud into the house. Give him a try you wont be disappointed!
