I found Michael online. I had no idea what I was looking for. I was impressed with Michael’s quick response to my inquiry (it was on a weekend). I also chose him because of his location which is close to my work. Michael never gave me fluff – he told me exactly how the system worked but at the same time he confidently told me what and how he was going to solve my problem – which he did. Michael was always company as well as for my family.
