How are you still in business? I have never been so railroaded!! This is the problem with some small business owners that have no clue that the customer is always right! Never explained policies regarding credit card, or returns, and then tells me she did! Really lady? Because the whole time you were supposed to be checking me out, you were having a conversation with your friend....So a conversation between us never took place. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!
