I watched the ads for years and kept thinking that seems like it would work. I knew from my experience that counting calories didn't do it; Focusing on food was stressful and made me want to eat more and then I'd beat myself up. Guess what? When I started positive changes I found that is their philosophy too! Now I've learned how to get to that place, that place I knew intuitively would work for me. \r
