since coming to positive changes in Jan 2012 I have lost 10 lbs! My goal is 30 so Im so close. The front desk is so helpful and friendly. I have tried every diet in the book, it would work but I would lose 5 gain 15. With positive changes I dont feel deprived of foods I used to eat on a daily basis. I was a huge sweet lover and now I have just one treat a week, on fridays after I go to the gym first! I would recommend this to anyone trying to lose weight, why waste your time on diets and exerise gimmics that dont work. The hypnosis has also helped me be more focused in school. My grades have gone from a C average to a low A. I think its because Im less stressed and anxious.
