I have just started my journey with positive changes 3 short weeks.
Since starting I have noticed changes in my eating habits and the amount of water I am drinking. I went from drinking soda and coffee while drinking water to take medication to water all day. I also ate fast food everyday I have not eaten fast food in since starting Positive Changes. The biggest change is my attitude I FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF! All of this in 3 weeks I have a lot to look forward to! The staff is great! Thanks to you all!
