I started going to Positive Changes in April 2011. I am like many other people I had tried many other programs and or diets in my life and lost and regained my weight. I was so tired of dieting and said this was it, I was going to try Positive Changes because I didn't want another diet, and I can say, it is not a diet, it is a life style change. I am amazed at how my eating habits have changed. I don't remember the last time I ate canned veggies. I eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits. No more prepared foods, pastrys, etc. I have lost 56 pounds and a total of 32 inches overall. Positive Changes has changed the way I think about food and why I need it.
Not only have I lost weight my whole life has changed to positive attitude. Positive Changes has helped with how I cope with the stress in my life also, seems I just turn it around to something Positive. My husband actual said last night that I have changed for the positive in the last several months. I'm not so stressed and worried about the ""little"" things anymore.
I am always talking to my friends about Positive Changes and how it has helped me. I recommend Positive Changes to anyone that ask me about it.
