Wish there where more stars to rate this Center--I was sure it would not work when these folk where recomended to me, but from the first evaluation to the completion, 9 months late I am a changed person--the results were for me quick and steady--and the weight lose almost became secondary as I saw the other changes in my life--Stress mangement, negativity, productivity, attitude, all improve to the point I'm glad to be part of life again---to date I've lost 160 Lbs and if it wasn't for ALL the staff at Positive Changes on Francis, this would not of happened. This crew, started as my help--then my educators, utimately my friends--Anyone who knew me before and knows me now, say the changes are big, noticable and completely positive! I'm 3 months out of the program and I am down another 10 lbs and Life is Good!!
