I have been going to Positive Changes for 2 months now, and the results I am seeing in my life are something I wouldn't have believed possible before coming to Positive Changes. My ability to manage stress, which was my main focus in coming here, has improved dramatically. Whereas in the past I've reacted to stress with anger, resentment, frustration, etc....I am now managing stress in much healthier ways, and my self-confidence has also benefited tremendously. I feel a sense of calm and inner well being that I actually now wake up with in the morning. Also as a result of this, I continually now find myself making more positive choices in so many other areas of my life as well - I would highly recommend this program to anyone wishing to make changes in their life that they have found themselves unable to do on their own.
