I came to Postive Changes about a month ago to see if hypnosis could help with the overwhelming stress I had been experiencing for years due to working long hours to keep my business going. I never took time to eat, I could not stand water and I never took any time for myself to relax and enjoy life. After my first session I felt so happy and at ease with myself. I craved water like never before, and started noticing that I was actually making time to eat. Within the first ten days I had lost eleven pounds and feel so much better for it. Every day I get up and feel wonderful, the aches and pains of depression are gone and I have founds that so many people compliment me on how much my attitude has changed... for the better. My objective was to rid myself of stress... I am succeeding in that and as a bonus I am losing weight and gaining unbelieveable confidence in myself.
