I will probably sound like a broken record of some other gal. Yes one who has tried every crazy quick fix weight loss diet, pills included. Even one where you shake the powder over your food to enhance your sense of smell to satisfy your appetite. I'd lose the weight and add an extra 10 to 20 lbs. on. I had seen the Positive Changes Hypnosis add on TV for months and I honestly thought it was another gimmick.
My husband said Wendy let's do it together. We will help each other and this will be our year! He was so excited that I got excited. He called immediately and made our appoitnment.
Positive Changes has been the most wonderful, happy experience. So satisfying for me as emotionally and mentally strengthing and healing. I was a ""Cherry Peps -aholholic"" I called it the ""Elixir of the Gods"". I no longer crave it nor sweets. I don't have the cravings and food doesn't control me anymore! I have lost 30 lbs since starting the program Jan. 18, 11. I'm drinking my 8 to 10 crystal clear 8oz.glasses of water, eating healthy and exercising. Believe it or not I love to exercise now and look forward to it! I love the CD'S I have my own little pep talk each day and night. I am definately a happier woman. Being able to do this with my sweetheart has been a great bonus. He is my Cheerleader and I'm his! I love my Personal sessions and the helpful suggestions and directions. Helping me refocus or get clarity. I am learning to love me for who I am and to let my little light shine! How about that Edward! I said it! HA HA
