Six weeks ago I began going to Positive Changes Hypnosis in Spokane, WA. I was actually quite skeptical as to whether I would notice any changes in myself when I first began, but since they have a money back guarantee and will give you ALL your money back if at the end of your first visit if it is not for you, I figured I had nothing to lose. I didn't have any preconcieved ideas as to what to expect, but by the end of my first visit, I had no intentions of asking for my money back. I'm guessing that I am not the typical customer/patient as I was not there to lose weight or stop smoking. By the time my second appointment came around, my stress levels had dropped significantly and I was sleeping much better than I had in years. Since that time, things have only gotten better. I'm still not sure what exactly I expect out of it, but this has been a fantastic experience for me. A big part of how great this experience has been is the staff. From the girls at the front desk who are awesome to deal with, to the facillitators (I hesitate to call them ""hypnotists"" as that brings to mind the circus and that is NOT what this is) who are great at their jobs, I can't say enough about how good the experience has been for me. I would definitely recommend Positive Changes to anyone needing/wanting to change some aspect of their lives for the better.
