I came to Fastsigns because they said that they could get the measurements for my boat wrap and prepare it right away. I had to trailer my boat to bring it to them. Todd and I spent a great deal of time where I explained exactly how the design should look and what the measurements should be. After over a week I had still not heard from them. When I asked about it, they said they would have a design before 5 that day. It was obvious that they tried to throw something together without paying attention to any of my instructions. Furthermore, all of the measurements were way off, making my trip there with my boat a complete waste of time. When I explained this and asked that they come to where my boat is to take new measurements (a short 10 minutes away), I was promptly given a refund and asked to go somewhere else. I'm glad to see that the sign business is so good that you don't have to be concerned about customer service! more
