I would like to express how happy I was with the entire Service staff. From making the appointment (they got me in at my convenience), to the shuttle ride both from and back to the dealership, to the estimate of the work I needed done, to the explanation of work completed by my advisor. I especially appreciated that the estimate included taxes and other charges that are usually ""add-ons"" and a surprise when going to pay. I was treated courteously by all the employees I came in contact with. I will definitely take my Ford vehicle back for any other needed repairs and would recommend this dealership to everyone.
