A friend and I went to a restaurant called Vietnam on west 11th across from Staples in Eugene Oregon. He cracked open his fortune cookie and a mouse dropping fell out. He contacted the waitress and explained that he felt he shouldn't have to pay for his meal as he was disgusted with the current event. The waitress explained that the owner was not available. A man from the back had talked to him and didn't speak english very well. The man said ok ok. My friend took that as ok don't have to pay. We got in the car and then the waitress ran out to the parking lot saying no you have to pay. He handed her a biz card and left without paying for his meal. I was not happy with the fact that the restaurant expected him to pay anyway. I don't plan to go back. By the way. My picture was taken with a smart phone and the picture has a GPS signature on it showing that it was taken at this restaurant.
