We have recently had Polestar install a heat pump, as well as a power humidifier in our home. They also replaced the coil inside the furnace. Not only was the experience wonderful, but, Jon, the systems consultant was fabulous! From the beginning the entire staff was courteous and very helpful. Jon came to our home and was very honest and knowledgeable in what he would recommend for our size and year of home. The technicians who did the install were very friendly and walked us through each step of what they would be doing. The heat pump works phenomenally, and Polestar backs up their products with a great warranty. Their service plans are very reasonable, and overall, I believe we made a solid investment by choosing Polestar. They went above and beyond on many small things related to the install (i.e. aesthetic aspects.) Their customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Jon and Polestar to anyone looking to have work done on their HVAC!
