My mother brought a fancy beaded dress to Ruston Cleaners to have spots removed from the shoulders only. The manager said that he could not do the shoulders only but would have to clean the entire dress. When we picked it up today, the spots were still there but the beading was coming undone around the neck. He said that a tailor could fix that. I asked if that would be for free. He said that that tailor would put it back. I asked again if it would be for free. He began yelling at me, ""Lady, do you know how old this dress is?"" I said I did but that didn't answer my question. He yelled again. I asked him to stop yelling at me and he continued saying that the dress was old -- it IS10 years old. I asked him again to stop yelling at me. He offered to continue to try to remove the spots but by this time we just wanted out of the store. I would never go to this shop again and would never recommend anyone else to deal with this man.
