We contacted Unique Decks & Fences to replace about 50' of cedar picket fence. They sent someone out to measure and he gave us a quote and said they'd email a written bid within a few hours. They didn't. We called a few days later and were quoted the same amount we had been told verbally, so we set a date for them to begin the work. The day arrived and they didn't show up, didn't call. We called and set another date, at which time they quoted the same price. Again, when the time came, they didn't show up and didn't call. We called again and were told the man who had measured had made an error, that our pickets were more expensive than what had been quoted. So they added on a $100 plus and, for the third time, we set date, confirming for at least the fourth time that the price being quoted included absolutely everything, including tear down and haul away. A few day later an emailed work order finally arrived. It included an extra $500 charge for tear down and haul away. Enough! We cancelled. What an incredibly unprofessional company. Horrible. Don't use them.
