Mario & Mario basically ripped me off. I brought in a tile to be cut assuming it would be free of charge for one cut as a courtesy to a local resident. They said nothing of a fee. When I went to go pick it up, they wanted to charge me 50$!!!! Unbelievable!!! I left of course without my tile. Now they have a tile that is absolutely no use to them and I have nothing. I tried to resolve the issue with the owner and he ended up hanging up on me saying that I was free to tell everyone that his business doesn't work for free. Don't patronize this business!
