When we first met Dr Raja Saade, we quickly realized he was not a friendly doctor! We were expected to sign blank procedure forms and he became upset that we asked him questions. He was removing moles from my child's back but had not discussed anything with us; after I asked questions about his original findings and the paperwork was filled out-I signed the procedure paperwork and ""Dr R"" returned to the room. He then asked me ""can I do my job now?"" I took a deep breath as I was leaning over to put my phone into my purse and he said, ""I'm not going to do this, I'm going to send you somewhere else"". We were shocked but this response! I told them that I wanted the name of the person I needed to report him to; I was given that information and she called me within a couple of days. She assured me this was not normal behavior for him and even he didn't understand why he did it. I asked if it had anything to do with the fact that I am a white female and was I crossing his acceptable ethnic/gender line. Dr R offered no reason/explanation. We decided to stay with the practice because we followed a specific care provider there. Now it is 10 months later, and time for my child to be retested for his allergies. I asked if Dr R is the only person that can do the testing; I was told yes. I requested to be sent to another doctor. Today, I receive a phone call being asked where I want to go-interesting concept-and that Dr R is terminating our relationship and that I cannot be seen by ANY provider with their system. This doctor is verbally abusive, sexist or racist, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I have also had a medical assistant comment ""I guess the rules are different for you"" because we went to the clinic on a day other than Wednesday for allergy shots.....you don't have to have an appointment for those-we did. This is supposedly a Christian based business and boy do they miss an amazing opportunity to witness! I am all too happy to find a new doctor, even after 11 great years with the provider I followed there!
