I rate this place way below average. They have no warranty on their products and their customer service is horrible. Worse experience of my life! Willy Charles and his side kick Vincent are very unpleasant people when you have a problem. They do not mind calling you stupid to your face and will hang up on you when you call with a problem. They don????t care about the customer and all they want is your money in their pocket. By the way, they don't care about your vision either. Hopefully my review will help a potential customer to proceed with caution. My advice is to go to any other place to purchase your glasses or contacts. You will save a lot of money and avoid a big hassle.
