I prefer working with small shops rather than large chain stores, so I thought I'd give OC Computres a try. My VGA card on my laptop went out. I took my computer in to get the data transfer files from the laptop hard drive to an external HD. The didn't call me with a price for the work. Then called to tell me the bill was $160. That's over $60 more than quotes from Best Buy and Fry's. They did the work without giving me a quote. I was held over a barrel and had to pay the money to get my laptop back. NEVER use these guys.
