I am one of Dr. Kaplin's patients and I am very happy with the way I am treated. He is very friendly and nice and has great jokes. My teeth are looking great and I have rarely been in discomfort. He has lots of cool games and things to do while you wait however the wait is never more than a couple of minutes. He explains everything to me and makes sure I understand what is going on. He's great!
