I always considered myself to be a loyal customer of theirs. I always called them when I needed to go to the airport at an odd hour or get picked up from the airport, not a cheap trip. But this Saturday when I needed to bring my cats home from the vet's, I waited 45 minutes after calling for the taxi before I called again to find out what had happened. The dispatcher was very rude, told me I should expect to wait a long time, and would not guarantee she was going to send me a taxi in the next hour. I ended up walking home after they never sent a taxi. Don't count on ever seeing your taxi!
