Wow, what a mess. These folks shipped an already damaged guitar in a case, with no padding. When the guitar arrived, a 9 volt battery was flying around within the guitar, which caused several huge splits in the guitar. I was offered a $100 partial refund. After three days, a manager named Chris emailed me and requested that I send the guitar back for a full refund so they could repair it and sell it again. Mind you, this is three days after the $100 refund was promised. In the meantime, I had taken the guitar to my luthier (an hour drive each way). When I told Gravity this, they insisted I send the guitar back anyway... which was obviously IMPOSSIBLE.
Every employee I spoke to, on the phone and online, was rude and insulting to speak to.
I should also mentioned that they requested that I pay them directly via credit card, not through eBay, so they could save some money in fees. This prevented me from having any recourse when they decided to be unethical and went back on their word.
