I called for a repair on my over. They told me the service charge was $30.00. The repairman took out the electronic igniter and said the part cost $160.00. I told him to go ahead and fix it. After it was done he asked me to sign his laptop computer on a blank page. He then handed me a bill for $318.00. I called the office back and ask for a breakdown on the cost. She said we charge by the job. I filled a complain wiht the BBB and they still said we gave him a quote and we are not going to refund any money. This business is not up from wiht people. They are out to charge the most they can get with out giving you an itimized bill. They are crooks. I think someone needs to start a class action suit to get some of out money back. Any class action attorneys out there?
