this place is THE WORST. unprofessional and below satisfactory. i took my bike in on a tuesday, they said it would be ready in 3 or 4 days, then called me the next day to say it was ready. i called them back to let them know i'd be able to get it saturday, the man was really rude and told me that they don't hold them that long and they don't have any room to keep it and don't i have any friends that could come pick it up for me. so i got my dad to go get it for me and when he picked it up, the chain kept coming off whenever he'd come to a stop. so he took it back and the guy told him that someone must have greased the chain, to which my dad replied he had just picked the bike up and hasn't touched the chain. my dad also said that they had ""fixed"" the brakes, but he made them redo them because he said they were way too tight. very unsatisfied with the professionalism AND with the bike repair.
