DO NOT let these guys work on your car for anything other than replacing muffler. They are incompetent, ignorant, and rude.
I made an appointment a week ahead of time to have my steering rack replace and was assured that it'll be done the the day's end (Quoted $300 for parts and 5 hours ($400) for labor). 4 Days later and I still don't have my car. Every time I call to ask them what's going on, they always gave me the same story, ""Oh it'll be done tomorrow.""
So after 4 days without a car, I call and again they gave me the same spill. This time, the manager on the phone (Tom) was very rude and belligerent. He started to use profanity and tell me that it won't be done tonight and it'll be done tomorrow. He told me ""sht happens"" and I should have plan ahead of time (to be without a car) for a big job like this.
Well isn't that why I scheduled an appointment and was foolishly assured that it'll be done by the end of the day to begin with, Tom?
Now I'm 5 days without a car and wonder whether they screwed something up and didn't tell me...
