About a year ago we had a comprehensive Martin work up of our water (free exam and consultation). From start to finish Dan the Martins rep and the process was extremely professional. There was no up sell at all. Solid information very patiently explained and presented with numerous contacts for previous customers. The system was installed in a solid craftsmanship manner. Each line was clearly labeled, only high quality brass turn shut off valves used, and the technician patiently took time to explain and identify any and all questions. Some time after the water system was installed, and there was a glitch. Martins immediately responded, skillfully handled the issue, at no cost. They have since contacted us several times to ensure the system is operating a peak efficiency.
With this incredibly positive experience, we drove to their showroom Myerstown when looking for a new washer. Yes it was a little longer drive. Originally due to budget we were looking at a lower price top loader. However they had many options including some very good prices on front loading washers (many more features and much higher efficiency). We again experienced the same thoughtful and knowledgeable sales experience. No hard up sell, solid specific technical information on capacities and capabilities. After installation the new front loading washer has exceeded our expectations. Thank you for another quality product and experience!
