My Miele Dishwasher was delivered and installed as scheduled. The workmen were efficient and courteous. The dishwasher works well and is very quiet. Previous dishwashers allowed me to insert the dishes after use and run it as we went to bed resulting in clean dishes. I have noticed with this unit, the dishes must first be washed clean before inserting in the dishwasher or they come out looking the way they went in. Disappointing.
My Dacor range which had been purchased from Prizer's, had stopped producing heat when I called for service. I gave the symptoms to your phone rep and told them it was the controller. A serviceman was sent to look at it and confirmed what was needed. The part was ordered and another serviceman was sent. When he arrived, he realized a second person was needed to remove the "drop-in" range from the counter and had to arrange for another person to drive to my home. Please plan better next time.
