I finally had to sell my condo because I could no longer deal with Andleton's mismanagement. Be aware that at Daybreak Condos there is an elitist group that represents the ""board"" who are exempt from all rules and regulations. To everyone else, the rules not only apply but change as Andleton Management sees fit. They in no way, shape, or form maintain the property as they are required to do. Parking is atrocious and they selectively enforce those policies as well. Nothing is ever their responsibility and if you try to contact them, do not expect a return call from anyone in the office as they are constantly ""unavailable."" If they do call you back, expect them to talk down to you and tell you how it is not their responsibility to address absolutely anything. I personally ave not had money difficulties with them, but lived there long enough to hear it from multiple neighbors. They will fine you if you are not part of the elite circle, and overlook the elitist's same infractions. Not to mention the physical state of the complex is atrocious. DO NOT BUY AT DAYBREAK or anywhere managed by Andleton Management!!!! you will regret it!
