The staff at Phillips could not be any worse. They do not care remotely if you sit for hours waiting to be seen. They are quite content to send you away with an incorrect referral - this has happened to me twice where I could not see the specialist because the office staff has incorrectly done the referral so it was invalid. The medical team seems to be adequate, but the office staff and the entire experience is absolutely awful. Unless you literally have no other choice, stay away!
