I got a couple of pairs of Klog shoes to try on at home since I didn't have a lot of time on my hands to do a thourough check in the store. In 2 dyas I came back to return as they didn't work out. The guy at the front asked lots of questions about it and relactantly did the return. He also took my original reciept...1 Month later--STILL NO RETURN came through on the card! I finally called the store and the manager there was VERY easygoing and casual about this and in a very easygoing tone said: ""Oh, yeah, your purchace was with a 20% off and we ""refunded you"" the full amount."" AND THAT appearantly gave them the right to not gave my money back!
