Got through after business hours on Saturday for a dishwasher part. When I explained I was leaving on a trip for a week the next day (and the hot water I'd be in with the missus if I didn't get it fixed before I left), he called his employee and asked him to come back and reopen store to sell me the part - exemplary customer service. I live some 45 minutes away from Laabs, but even so, they have made a customer for life. Highly recommended.
