I recently had my first V-Beam treatment at Derick Dermatology. I was a little nervous before the appointment, but when I called with some questions, the associate was very helpful. I think Dr. Derick and her staff treat patients with kindness and compassion. The V-Beam was not as painful as I had worried it would be. The cool air blasts really relieved any temporary discomfort. I used the ice packs that Dr. Derick provided at home and had very little swelling.
