A few days ago, I came in for a free consultation to see if iwas candidate for LASIK. The staff on hand was amazing. They were very professional in area of measuring procedure. On the day of the procedure, they gave me a few consent form to fill out. The remeasured my eyes that moring, and I escorted into the room. I can't remember her name, but she was very nice. Her and I started to speak about comics and games while waiting for the surgeon. During the surgery, I felt a little pressure on my eye that only lasted about 10-15 seconds on each eye. As the doctor was going through the procedure, he was telling me what my eyes was going to experience. His assistant and him kept telling me I was doing fine and/or great. I feel that that kind of bedside manner is important, especially if a patient is awake during the process. I thank the entire staff for this wonderful experience.
