...but they deserve it. They're simply the best. I have experienced several different storage companies over the years and I love this place. It's very clean, the people who work there are fantastic and it feels very safe. John, the manager (and has been for years), is so helpful and kind. The facilities are well maintainedn and the customer service is fantastic, which these days is a pleasant surprise.
