I bought a used vehicle from Jim Falk in November of 2011. It was by far the fastest and friendliest service that I have ever received. My salesman "Gentle Ben" was great to work with. This vehicle had a sunroof and since it has hardly rained at all, it had a leak in it-I'm positive the dealership had no idea about this at the time of sale, but when it was brought to thier attention-they took care of everything and fixed it free of charge even though it had been 3 months since I had purchased it-and was already out of the factory warranty. I can't tell you how rare that is to find in a dealership. It would have been easy for them to look the other way and not take care of the issue, but they didn't. I have bought 40 cars in the past twelve years from all over the state- and I have never ever had such a positive experience. They aren't your stereotypical dealership with pushy sales and no service after the fact.
