My experience with this company was very good. I found them on the internet after being quoted ridiculously high prices for parts from another well known heating/cooling company that obviously spends ALOT of money on advertising and has to pay for it somehow I guess. I called Polestar to buy parts. I will start by saying I called on Saturday morning at 7:15 hoping they would be open later in the day since the furnace had messed up over night and it was rather cold in the house. A REAL person answered the phone at 7:15 and was VERY helpful in diagnosing the problem and they had the part in stock for 1/3 the cost that I was quoted the afternoon before. I went to pick up the part as they are a LOCALLY OWNED business and were actually open that day. Before it was over, I had taken a lot of the guys time having them explain the different systems that I had choices of for when I wanted to replace the system. I left happy with my parts.
