I called their office to let them know I was gonna need new tires put on my wife's Tahoe. I specifically asked for nexen tires. They instead mounted Capital tires on my wife's Tahoe. My wife showed up and picked the Tahoe up and left the business. She had no Idea that they didn't install what I asked for. When I got home from work I discovered we paid $600.00 for tires I didn't ask for! I called and left a message that night that their was a problem. The manager then called me and left a voice mail that she would not take the tires back or work anything out! This shows that there is no customer service in this store at all! I have spent alot of money at this store in the past and it is clear this business doesn't take that into consideration. Buyer beware! Don't trust these people to do what they say they will do. Or you too will be taken advantage of!
