This was the first time we used Service Specialties. They arrived 20 minutes early and ready to go. They were extremely polite. The person who actually sold us the AC and heater units had prior experience with installing them. We were surprised and pleased that he came out the day of the installation.
They kept me up to date throughout the day on their progress. They gave me a tour of what they installed and cleaned up after themselves. I had asked them to install a thermostat which he initially said would be hard, but he made it happen for me.
