I had a leak open up in a copper pipe in my crawl space on 2/10/12. I called Roto Rooter and explained to the tech (EvanK) that I would feel better about replacing all the copper pipes under the house with PEX. In addition, the company that built my home neglected to plumb a shutoff valve for the water in my house. I asked EvanK if he could install one while replacing the pipes. All of this he and his coworker did. They worked non stop all day (it took about 12 hours) and were very courteous. They kept me informed while the work was going on and I have no complaints. At the end the of day, I was happy to see that the overall cost was very reasonable and well worth the peace of mind that it gives knowing I now have up to date pipes (PEX) and a main shutoff valve. I would definitely recommend them and will utilize them in the future for plumbing needs.
