Called Steve Bryant to come out after the heater put out a bad smell and cut off in the middle of the night. 42 degrees out and the house had gotten down to 50 inside. He was here within 30 minutes and found that we had an electrical fire that started in the heating unit in the crawl space under the house, said he was amazed that the hole house didn't go up in flames. He fixed everything right then, was a pleasure to talk with as he explained everything that had happened, and didn't over charge or add on anything un-needed as often happens. He will always be our first call in the future should anything go wrong with the heating and cooling in our home.
