I have ordered several screens (20+) from Bliss in the past; their shipping was a bit slow, but nothing too bad. The latest screen has been a nightmare. I received what looked like a new screen from them a few days after I ordered it. It was DOA, after 20 screens 1 DOA is not unexpected. I submitted an RMA via their website and finally got their approval email 3 days later. I sent out the screen the same day. A week later I was starting to wonder where my new screen was so I tried to contact them via email, I got no response. Over the next several days I sent several more emails before they finally responded saying they never received the screen. So I sent them the tracking number verifying they had signed for it over a week before. I finally received my replacement screen a month after the original order. When I opened the replacement screen I noticed it was worn and obviously used, I tried it anyway. It was also DOA. This time I called them, left 3 messages before they finally got back to me. I sent it back as soon as I got another RMA approval. Since I sent it back I have sent them 5 emails and called (leaving voicemails) twice to try to get a status, they have not responded once. As of this writing, it has been over a month and a half since my original order. I finally received my 3rd DOA screen so I overnighted another from another company, it works fine. tl;dr RMA process is abysmal, customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls more
