Harrahs Chester Diamond Club charges money for drinks. Run out of shrimp cocktail 20 minutes after opening. It is really bad! I ordered two drinks and was handed a receipt for to pay $12. They open at 3:00 PM and I got in line for the food at 3:20 PM. The guy in front of me asked for more shrimp and the server removed the bowl for the shrimps and told him that there was no more. We spent a lot money at Harrah’s casinos all around U.S. and just last year they made it so you will need to have a 1000 tier more at 11000 points to get the Diamond card. We played all year and our Win / Loss Statement shown a loss of over $11,000 in 2011. My point is that after we lost so much money at Harrah’s casinos and we give them our business and then they treated us badly. My advice is if you are going to a casino stay away from Harrah’s brand casino’s that includes Caesars, Bally’s, Flamingo, Imperial Palace, Paris, Rio, Horseshoe, and Showboat.
