The staff was very friendly, and I didn't need to call to make an appointment- they took me right in for an exam.
I wasn't prepared to pay as much as I did, but I had never had a professional eye exam or lenses crafted before. I just didn't know what to expect. I had great service though, I definitely recommend it.
