Josh is a condescending ass and the people in the office such as Kimberly are worthless. They talked me into switching from ADT, what a mistake. I haved called them twenty times to explain that the ""installation"" was not completed to the level they promised in order to get me to switch, yet weeks later nothing has been done. When I finally got Josh on the phone this morning he interrupted me within ten seconds and was a flat out smart ass. I can say right now that once they make the ""sale"" you are out of luck. Calling ADT as soon as I get done with this review, as I was with them for 10 years with nothing but a positive experience. The grass is not greener, frankly I don't know if Monitronics the monitoring company is better than ADT, but if Lifeline Security is the authorized dealer for the Bay Area run far and run fast. SCAM. Note, the claim of free installation is false as they use your existing security system and only switch out the main controller AND they still fabricate extra fees. This does not include the promises to install the wireless thermostat (provided by me at my expense) which is controlled via online or cell phone which the installer flat out told me he did not know how to do it..... LIES. I agree 100% with the other reviews on Yelp and other sites.
