I booked an appointment last minute (Monday for Tuesday cleaning) as my carpet was disgusting and had a house guest coming. I only had a small bedroom that my two dogs have made a mess of (one dog threw up, & I think one had an accident- stunk!). They were on time and actually called to tell me they were in route! They did a great job and it looks %100 better! They also did a small area rug for a reasonable price. Found them very accomodating and easy to work with, recommend highly!
