I wish I would have gotten to taste my food tonight (sat 2/4/12) I ordered on the phone for pickup at 7:58 and walked out with no food at 8:42. Terrible terrible customer service!! People Dining in were walking up to the cashier and asking for refills or for a waiter to come and take their order. Talking with the manager (Katrina) got absolutely nothing done. $25 for 10 wings and a chicken Philly sandwich to get this treatment is unacceptable!!
